Asparagus sauce vinaigrette

directions: 1-2 tsps of dijon mustard, virgin olive oil, salt and fresh pepper, stir until creamy and add the juice of half a lemon. add cubes of cornichon, onions and boiled eggs and serve along with asparagus. bon appettit and happy boatcooking!
