chickpea stew
saute one chopped onion and one clove of garlic in olive oil and add 2tsps of curry powder, such as 1tsp of cumin powder. then add 2 cans of tomatoes, one can of coconut milk and 2 cans of chickpeas. Let simmer for ca 20 minutes, finish off with salt, pepper and the juice of a lime. happy boatcooking!
