story: a very simple dish with exciting sweet and salty flavours 

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 400g of Rigatoni
  • 2 handsfull of pancetta
  • 2 peppers, 1 red and 1 yellow
  • basics from the pantry: olive oil, sea salt, pepper

directions:

  • dry fry the pancetta until crispy
  • remove the pancetta and add the sliced peppers
  • saute for 5 minutes, add pepper 
  • add a little salt
  • add some pasta water
  • add the pancetta
  • add the pasta and mix well

 

tips:

  • serve with grated parmesan cheese
