story: a very simple dish with exciting sweet and salty flavours
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 400g of Rigatoni
- 2 handsfull of pancetta
- 2 peppers, 1 red and 1 yellow
- basics from the pantry: olive oil, sea salt, pepper
directions:
- dry fry the pancetta until crispy
- remove the pancetta and add the sliced peppers
- saute for 5 minutes, add pepper
- add a little salt
- add some pasta water
- add the pancetta
- add the pasta and mix well
tips:
- serve with grated parmesan cheese
