story: a very versatile and quick dish full of Mediterranean flavors!


Ingredients for 4 persons:

  •  ca 20 fresh shrimps
  •  100g butter
  • a dash of dry white wine
  • some fresh chili
  •  juice of half a lemon



  • salt the shrimps and sauté in a little olive oil, ca 2 minutes on each side
  • remove the shrimps and deglaze with some white wine and lemon juice
  • add the butter and garlic
  • add the shrimp and leave on low heat for a minute
  • add some chili and toss



  • serve with rice or white bread
  •  substitute the chili with parsley if you want to go for less spicy
  • works as an appetizer as well
