Mix 1kg of minced beef (if you can manage to buy good minced lamb go for 1/3 of lamb) with 1tsp of salt, a fair amount of pepper, 2tsps of baking soda such as 5 finely chopped cloves of garlic. After the mixture is homogenous form the cevapcici and grill over direct heat until brown but still have a juicy center. Serve with onions, ajvar, and flatbread.
