story: paté has its origin in French cuisine and is a wonderful companion during your apero
moments, served with bread or crackers it can be a delicious appetizer as well.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 1 can of tuna, ca 150g
  • 4 tbsps of cream cheese
  •  2 tsps  capers
  •  2 tsps  butter
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

 

directions:

  •  drain the tuna and put it into a food processor
  •  add all other ingredients
  • pulse until the paté is smooth

 

tips:

  • serve slightly chilled
  •  add onion
  • serve with bread or toast
