story: a super simple, easy to prepare, authentic Greek dish – all you need apart from the basic ingredients is aluminum foil and an oven. A very light and tasty summer dish worth a try!

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 1 zucchino
  • ca 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 pieces of feta cheese
  •  fresh herbs, preferably thyme or parsley
    1 lemon



  • cut the zucchino and the onion into slices
  • cut the tomatoes in halves and finely chop the garlic
  • sauté the onions, garlic, and herbs in a good dash of olive oil
  •  add some lemon zest and lemon juice to that
  • take a generous piece of aluminum foil and lay the zucchini, feta, tomatoes, and onions over it
  • fold the foil into a bag and bake for 20 minutes at 200° C



  • serve with white bread and a glass of dry white wine
  • add preboiled potatoes underneath the zucchini in order to make the dish richer
  •  add some chili flakes for a hint of spiciness
