story: A yogurt dip that has its roots in the Middle East and is served as an appetizer or side dish. It
is very refreshing and goes perfectly with grilled meat.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 1 cucumber
- 500g of Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon
- black olives
directions:
- cut the cucumber in 2 halves and remove the inner part
- grate the cucumber
- add salt
- add olive oil
- add the juice of a lemon
- add the squashed garlic
- add the yogurt and mix well
- serve with black olives and a good drizzle of olive oil
tips:
- you can finely chop the cucumber if you do not have a grater
- peel the cucumber if you prefer without skin
