story: originally an Italian dish, we propose a simplified version using soy sauce. Certainly not a
Mediterranean ingredient but try, you will love it!

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  •  500g of pork tenderloin
  • 2 hands full of green asparagus
  • 500ml of stock
  • 50ml of cream
  • 2 tbsps of soy sauce

 

directions:

  •  sauté the tenderloin on both sides, the center should remain pink
  •  put the meat aside and add the stock
  •  thicken and add the garlic such as the asparagus
  • add the cream and apply medium heat until the asparagus is cooked but still has a good bite
  • remove the garlic, add some starch (recommended), and the soy sauce
  • put the tenderloin back into the sauce (don’t forget its juices!)
  • give it a final stir and serve hot

 

tips:

  •  add some corn starch in order to make the sauce thicker
  • serve with rice or white bread
