story: originally an Italian dish, we propose a simplified version using soy sauce. Certainly not a
Mediterranean ingredient but try, you will love it!
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 500g of pork tenderloin
- 2 hands full of green asparagus
- 500ml of stock
- 50ml of cream
- 2 tbsps of soy sauce
directions:
- sauté the tenderloin on both sides, the center should remain pink
- put the meat aside and add the stock
- thicken and add the garlic such as the asparagus
- add the cream and apply medium heat until the asparagus is cooked but still has a good bite
- remove the garlic, add some starch (recommended), and the soy sauce
- put the tenderloin back into the sauce (don’t forget its juices!)
- give it a final stir and serve hot
tips:
- add some corn starch in order to make the sauce thicker
- serve with rice or white bread
