story: paté has its origin in French cuisine and is a wonderful companion during your apero
moments, served with bread or crackers it can be a delicious appetizer as well.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 1 can of tuna, ca 150g
- 4 tbsps of cream cheese
- 2 tsps capers
- 2 tsps butter
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
directions:
- drain the tuna and put it into a food processor
- add all other ingredients
- pulse until the paté is smooth
tips:
- serve slightly chilled
- add onion
- serve with bread or toast
