Boat Burger

Melt some dry mozzarella on a burger bun, grill some prosciutto crudo until crispy, and a strip steak according to your preferred doneness. Build a burger with the cheesy bun on the bottom, some arugula, a slice of tomato, pesto, slices of steak, and crispy prosciutto.
