Crispy tortilla

story: this recipe is a simplified version of a classic Spanish tortilla that usually comes with boiled potatoes. The slightly crispy texture makes it even more interesting than the original we believe. Super simple!

Ingredients for 4 persons:

• 6 eggs
• 80g of potato chips

directions:

• squirl the eggs
• add the potato chips and give it a gentle stir
• gently heat up some olive oil in a non-stick pan
• pour the egg into it after a while turn the tortilla with the help of a plate bake the second side and serve hot

tips: excellent if the center remains soft serve with a salad
