French style cheesecake

story: tarte au fromage blanc originates from the region of Alsace and in most cases a baked cheesecake. The proposed version is non baked and really easy to make, undoubtedly inspired by the famous New York style cheesecake.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

• 450g  cream cheese
• 150g  graham crackers
• 100g  butter
• 3 tbsps  honey
• 1 tsp  vanilla powder

directions:

• crush the cookies until fine
• melt the butter
• mix butter and cookies
• spread and press down firmly
• mix the cheese with honey and vanilla
• spread over the base
• refrigerate for 1 hour

tips:

• serve with berries
• garnish with a mint leaf
