Fridge salad
Check your fridge for veggies and herbs, chop them into large pieces, and saute one onion first, then add the vegetables and herbs. Saute for a few minutes then add water (approx. 1l for 4 portions) and a stock cube, salt end pepper. Boil for about 30 minutes then mix with a hand blender and serve hot with some fresh pepper.
