Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 100g good quality chocolate
  • 3 eggs

 

tips:

  • Serve with some fresh berries
  • Garnish with mint leaves or rosemary

 

directions:

  • Separate the yolks from the whites in two separate bowls
  • Melt the chocolate gently
  • Whip the egg whites until stiff
  • Whip the chocolate with the yolks
  • Fold the egg whites through the mixture
  • Chill for a few hours
