Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 100g good quality chocolate
- 3 eggs
tips:
- Serve with some fresh berries
- Garnish with mint leaves or rosemary
directions:
- Separate the yolks from the whites in two separate bowls
- Melt the chocolate gently
- Whip the egg whites until stiff
- Whip the chocolate with the yolks
- Fold the egg whites through the mixture
- Chill for a few hours
