story: in summer it is very refreshing to mix raw vegetables and salads with steaming pasta and some olive oil

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 50g arugula
  • Ca 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 100g of ricotta
  • pantry basics: olive oil, sea salt, pepper

directions:

  • cook the spaghetti al dente
  • arugla
  • tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • mix
  • serve with ricotta

 

tips:

  • substitute the ricotta with other mild cheese of your preference
