story: in summer it is very refreshing to mix raw vegetables and salads with steaming pasta and some olive oil
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 500g spaghetti
- 50g arugula
- Ca 20 cherry tomatoes
- 100g of ricotta
- pantry basics: olive oil, sea salt, pepper
directions:
- cook the spaghetti al dente
- arugla
- tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- mix
- serve with ricotta
tips:
- substitute the ricotta with other mild cheese of your preference
