Peppered strawberries
Melt a good knob of butter over medium heat and add 4 tbsps of sugar. Let it caramelize then add strawberries, the juice of half a lemon, and black pepper. Add a nice shot of Cointreau and flambe, remove from the heat so that the strawberries still have a good bite, and serve with vanilla ice cream. Bon appetit and happy boatcooking!
