story: a true classic from the south of France, simplified yet very tasty and exciting.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 300g of long green beans
- 4 tomatoes
- ca 20 olives
- 2 tbsps of small capers
- 2 cans of tuna
- basics from the pantry: olive oil, sea salt, vinegar, pepper, 1 onion
tips:
- Anchovies work well with this salad
- Add a few boiled potatoes and a boiled egg for an almost original salade niçoise
- Works perfectly with fresh tuna, seared for 30 seconds on each side
directions:
- boil green beans for 3 minutes
- add green beans, tomatoes and onions
- marinate with vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil
- add olives and capers, stir
- add tuna
