story: a wonderful easy to prepare summer dish originating from the Amalfi coast
gredients for 4 persons:
- 400g of Spaghettini
- 1 lemon
- 100g butter
- Parmesan cheese
directions:
- melt the butter gently
- add a crushed garlic
- grate the lemon zest into the butter
- squeeze the lemon into the butter
- add salt and pepper
- add some pasta water
- remove the garlic
- add the pasta al dente
- mix well and serve with parmesan cheese
tips:
- avoid the bitter white pith of the lemon when grating it
- add some fresh basil
- perfect with fresh tagliolini
