Saute 2 sliced chicken breasts in oil for 3 minutes, then remove the meat from the pan. Saute one chopped onion and one clove of garlic in the same pan until shiny, then add 1l of chicken or vegetable stock. Add almost any sliced vegetables of your choice, eg carrots, celery, potatoes, etc. cook over medium heat until the veggies are done but still have a good bite. Add the meat, salt, and pepper ca 10 minutes before the vegetables are ready. Add some starch for a creamy consistency and serve hot.
