story: tagliata stands for the Italian way of slicing meat or fish and mostly serving over salad. In this case we propose a light and tasteful main dish, please use super fresh tuna only!

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 4 handsfull of arugula
  • Ca 20 cherry tomatoes
  • pantry basics: olive oil, sea salt, pepper

 

directions:

  • sear the tuna 30-60 seconds on each side
  • marinate the salad
  • slice the tuna

 

tips:

  • add some lemon or vinegar to the salad
